The RISE To Lead™ Program

Introduction

It takes intention, commitment and effort to grow from a positional leader to one who is respected by others.  It also requires building expertise in four competency areas to RISE up the levels of leadership:

  • Relationship Building

  • Strategic Focus

  • Equipping People


We have designed our the RISE To Lead™ program to meet the leadership demands of senior and middle managers. The program is built the foundation of the 5 Levels of Leadership, a concept pioneered by John C. Maxwell the World’s No.1 Leadership Expert. 

The program gives participants the opportunity to reflect on their experience as a leader, and to gain insights into what it takes to become even more effective at leading people.  This program has received excellent reviews from past participants.

Learning Methodology
Besides lectures and group discussions, participants will learn through best-in-class self-discovery tools, discussions, interactive activities, mini-simulations and role-plays.  Participants will also develop a plan to apply what they have learnt in the program back on the job.

Program Dates & Venue

The workshop will be held on Thursday 28 and Friday 29 March 2019 (2-day Program).  The venue is Concorde Hotel Singapore (To be confirmed).


Program Fees

S$1,280 per participant

 

Early Bird Fee (Register by Friday 22 February 2019 to Qualify)

S$1,180 per participant / Group Discount of S$1,080 per participant (for 2 or more participants from the same organization)

 

Fees include all course materials, lunch and refreshments during the program as well as a copy of John C. Maxwell’s The 5 Levels of Leadership. Details of payment procedure will be provided after registration. There is no GST.

For Malaysian companies, this is an overseas training program.  As such, depending on ​which national HR development funding scheme you are on, you may be able to receive up to 100% funding for this program (i.e. course fees, daily allowances and airfare).  To learn more about HRDF Funding for Malaysian companies, download the Allowable Cost Matrix file here.  

Program Withdrawal Policy

A place will be reserved when you register. Kindly inform us if you wish to withdraw from the program by 22 February 2019 after which we reserve the right to charge 25% of program fee. If we do not receive a withdrawal notification by 1 March 2019, we reserve the right to charge full program fees. Substitutions are allowed.

Program Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel the program due to unforeseen circumstances. We will endeavor to inform participants of the cancellation as soon as we can. All program fees that have been paid will be fully refunded if we cancel the program.

In particular, please note that we may postpone or cancel this program if the number of participants is less than 10.  In our experience, the success of the program depends on the quality of discussions and interaction.  This may be compromised if the number of participants is too small.
