Remaking the Leader in You
A Complimentary Online Leadership Development Program
In April 2020, at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, we started our complimentary online leadership development program to continue bring best-in-class leadership content to participants from all over Asia. The series consists of 8 one-hour modules delivered online via Zoom. These online training modules are free-of-charge and open to anyone keen to learn about leadership. Indeed, the pandemic gave many of us a chance to reflect upon our leadership style and how we can Remake the Leader in Us. More than 2,500 participants from Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and Hong Kong have benefited from the more than 150 sessions that we have run so far.
As the new normal sets in, and more and more of our leadership programs return to the face-to-face format, we continue to offer this online program because it helps to bring the community closer to one another - despite each of us being located in different countries.
